Holiday Inn Express Big Rapids, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast selection was excellent. Sierra at the hotel desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to fix the reservation my cousins family had. She should be commended by management for that

Location and staff were very friendly. Good place for just traveling thru. Did have an outside patio to go to for us to drink and smoke.

Considering it is under renovation it was extremely well kept. The night manager, Michael, was very nice/polite and explained what has/is happening with the renovation. All the staff we encountered in the morning were all nice as well. This will be a great place to stay once renovation is complete.

Location. We were there for a golf tournament so it was nice to be so close.
